Anthony Di Staulo 

Managing Director 


With over a decade in the mortgage default servicing industry,  he brings a wealth of knowledge, insight and advisory skills within property preservation, inspections, valuations and hazard and investor claim filing segments.


Anthony previously held various senior relationship management positions at DIMONT, Assurant, CRFS and Black Knight Financial Services.  Over the years, he has been an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), Default Attorney Group (DAG) and National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS).


Anthony earned an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior, as well as his Series 6 Securities License and 63 (Uniform Security License for Ohio).

Operational Review and Analysis

  • Perfect way to help business owners get an in-depth look at the organization, flagging any issues, whether it is communication, procedural, staffing, etc. that affects the company's stability and profitability
  • Assist companies to determine if; they are organized in the optimal manner to support their missions and objectives, day-to-day operations are working efficiently, or as effectively as it could be, individuals are in the appropriate positions to perform necessary tasks and if a succession plan is successfully in place  
  • We will perform on-site interviews with the owners, management team and staff, we will request a SWOT analysis to be completed by all team members and provide a detailed report that includes findings, solutions, recommendations and strategic initiatives

Customer Relations / Account Management

  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients existing customers enabling issues and opportunities to be addressed with a spirit of a partnership
  • Participate in weekly and monthly customer meetings with operations and/or sales team to understand the current business landscape, as well as upcoming changes
  • Understand the customer’s long term objectives and work with them to define and develop relevant goals and initiatives
  • Establish and prepare monthly SLA metric scorecard reporting and provide to customers
  • Develop and prepare proposals, SOW’s and contracts for specific customer opportunities. Work with your internal operations group to ensure all details are captured such as; KPI’s, SLA’s, processes and procedures
  • Prepare, coordinate and provide quarterly and annual business reviews to customers

Vendor Management Oversight

  • Act as a project manager for vendor audits by parsing out questions to appropriate internal operations, accounting and IT departments to achieve proper audit responses
  • Consolidate responses to complete annual Customer Vendor Management Audits
  • Deliver completed audits to customer within required time-frame
  • Respond to customers accordingly, regarding any audit questions or findings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer on-site visits and meetings
